The Once Sol Project

The Once Sol project has for goal the creation of an open source game console.

• By game console, we mean a consumer device, autonomous and standardized which is to be connected to a TV-set and which provides game services
• By creation, we mean full design and realization of the platform, both hardware and software
• By open source, we mean that hardware and software specifications and the various realizations, including games, will obey a scheme similar to the one unleashed by the open source community

Warning : this project was still in its early childhood, does not progress in any way, this site is therefore totally frustrating and have been deprecated for years. Moreover, the goal Once Sol aims at is completly insane and by no means could be met. So, be kind, please read on if you are fearless, and if ever you feel like contributing, be welcome !
